Terugbetalingsbeleid
Bij Mindbooks dien je voor het plaatsen van je bestelling de keuze te maken tussen een hybride product (studiehulp op papier én digitaal) of een uitsluitend digitaal product (studiehulp enkel in de digitale leeromgeving).
Digitale producten
Digitale producten kunnen vanwege de aard ervan niet worden geretourneerd. Je kunt immers direct na aankoop alle content bekijken. Deze uitzondering op het herroepingsrecht vloeit voort uit artikel 6:230p sub g van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
Door je bestelling te plaatsen stem je in met directe levering en verklaar je afstand te doen van het herroepingsrecht. Zodra de levering is gestart, is retourneren dus niet meer mogelijk.
Hybride producten
We hanteren een retourbeleid van 14 dagen voor hybride producten. Dit betekent dat je na ontvangst van je studiehulp op papier 14 dagen de tijd hebt om een retour aan te vragen. Vanwege de hybride aard van het product, ontvang je na goedkeuring van je retour enkel het verschil in waarde retour tussen de uitsluitend digitale versie van jouw product en de hybride variant. Ook nu heb je immers direct na aankoop alle digitale content kunnen bekijken. Dit is in de meeste gevallen €10,-. Dit vertegenwoordigt de waarde van de papieren boekjes.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moet je artikel in dezelfde staat zijn als je het hebt ontvangen, niet gedragen of ongebruikt, met labels, en in de originele verpakking. Je hebt ook de bon of het aankoopbewijs nodig.
Artikelen die naar ons worden teruggestuurd zonder dat er een retour is aangevraagd, worden niet geaccepteerd.
Gelet op de aard van het product kunnen samenvattingen maximaal twee weken voor het tentamen waar de boekjes in kwestie voor vervaardigd zijn geretourneerd worden. Samenvattingen die in de periode twee weken voor het betreffende tentamen geretourneerd worden, worden niet geaccepteerd. Samenvattingen die na het betreffende tentamen worden geretourneerd worden eveneens niet geaccepteerd.

Schade en problemen
Inspecteer je bestelling bij ontvangst en neem onmiddellijk contact met ons op als het artikel defect of beschadigd is of als je het verkeerde artikel hebt ontvangen. Dan kunnen wij het probleem evalueren en het voor je oplossen.
Uitzonderingen/artikelen die niet mogen worden geretourneerd
Los van bovenstaande, cadeaubonnen kunnen helaas niet worden geretourneerd.
Terugbetaling
Wanneer we je retour hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, krijg je hier melding van en laten we je ook weten of de retour is goedgekeurd. Bij goedkeuring word je automatisch binnen tien werkdagen terugbetaald via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Vergeet niet dat het enige tijd kan duren voordat de bank of creditcardmaatschappij de terugbetaling heeft verwerkt en gestort.
Neem contact met ons op via info@mindbooks.nl als het meer dan 15 werkdagen geleden is dat we je retour hebben goedgekeurd.

Before placing your order with Mindbooks, you must choose between a hybrid product (study materials in print and digital) or a digital-only product (study materials available exclusively in the digital learning environment).
Digital products
Due to their nature, digital products cannot be returned, as all content is accessible immediately after purchase. This exception to the right of withdrawal follows from Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code.
By placing your order, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal. Once delivery has commenced, returns are therefore no longer possible.
Hybrid products
We offer a 14-day return policy for hybrid products. This means you have 14 days from receipt of your printed study materials to request a return. Because of the hybrid nature of the product, an approved return entitles you to a refund of the difference in value between the digital-only version and the hybrid version of your product — since here too, all digital content has been accessible to you immediately after purchase. In most cases this amounts to €10, representing the value of the printed booklets.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Given the nature of the product, summaries can only be returned up to two weeks before the exam for which the booklets in question were produced. Summaries returned within the two-week period preceding that exam will not be accepted, nor will summaries returned after the exam has taken place.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Notwithstanding the above, gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within ten working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
